Vacancy: Field Sales Representative

(Benelux region) 

Divequipment is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Field Sales Representative to strengthen and expand our client relationships responsible for the Benelux region. Are you commercially driven, technically minded, and comfortable working independently in the field of diving and maritime safety? Then we would like to meet you.

Your Responsibilities

  • Maintain regular contact with customers and build strong, trust-based relationships.

  • Identify customer needs and advise on our product range.

  • Communicate the added value of our company and services.

  • Conduct periodic contract negotiations and follow up on agreements.

  • Actively acquire new customers that fit our target profile.

  • Monitor market developments and report findings to management.

  • Contribute to achieving agreed revenue and profit targets.

Your Profile

  • Minimum MBO level (vocational education) with technical insight and affinity for technology.

  • Good product knowledge or willingness to develop it.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Commercial and service-oriented mindset.

  • Positive, energetic attitude and hands-on mentality.

  • Flexible work attitude (not a strict 9–5 mentality).
